  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation and service charges.

  • XYZ is not responsible for any increase in cost due to amendments requested by the customer.

7. Responsibilities & Limitations

  • XYZ acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.

  • XYZ shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience during travel.

8. Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, ID proofs, tickets, and other required documents.

  • XYZ will not be responsible for denied boarding or travel due to incomplete or invalid documents.
